Dr. Suzanne Agan
As Founder and Executive Director, Suzanne is passionate about God, horses and people! This ministry is a way to serve others in the way she is best equipped.
She is married to Bob Agan, Executive Pastor at Pleasant Valley North Baptist Church, and mom to Gabby Agan of Alpharetta, GA. With a PhD in Environmental Science, Masters degrees in Environmental Studies, Wildlife Science, and Education, she obviously loves being outdoors and all things animals. She and her husband lead marriage ministry at their church and in her spare time you can find her riding the trails or practicing mounted archery, a new passion. Currently she is working on her PATH ESMHL certification to add to her 32 years of holistic horse experience and education including natural horsemanship and barefoot trimming.
Suzanne will lead the day-to-day operations and client sessions here at Eloheh!

Jan Leonard
When Jan Leonard was asked to serve on the board of Eloheh Equine, her affirmative answer was due to her deep commitment to support her friend's vision and to learn more about the transformative mission of equine therapy. Jan has been a Financial Advisor for many years and because of this role, her goal is to serve with wisdom, integrity, and prudence so that others may have the opportunity to experience healing, restoration, and a deepening relationship with the Lord through this ministry.
Jan is married to her husband Tim, and together they have two grown children. Their son Will is married to Elly, and they are proud parents to Shepherd, with another little one on the way. Their daughter Katie is completing her senior year in the nursing program at Jacksonville State University and will be marrying her fiancé Nathan in October 2026.
Outside of her professional life, Jan finds joy in serving at her church, spending time outdoors walking, hiking, and fishing, and cherishing time with her grandson. It is her heart for ministry that makes her so excited to be a part of this board.

Paul Turner
Paul Turner loves being involved in the lives of others to help them become more than they think they can be. Over the last 40 years, Paul has committed his life to Christ by loving and caring for his family, serving young adults and their leaders in their process of becoming more like Christ. He enjoys the outdoors and is a bit of an endurance sports junkie. He currently lives in Rome, Ga with his amazing wife and serves through WinShape and his local church.
Paul loves being part of a ministry that is willing to “think and operate outside of the box” to foster health in women navigating their journey with the effects of cancer.
